Also wishing I was daydreaming about said fabric here;
after wearing that lovely vintage yellow frock (earlier while dining in bruges, at a very chic restaurant.)
And then we're back- little sweet monster is yanking at my leg for a "phbutter smich."

Ha! Love the title of this post -- and the mood!
ReplyDeleteDon't we all just have to dream of other things to escape the mundane?
Sorry I can't help with that fabric, no idea who it's by.

I have to agree that the fabric is phenomenal. The up close shot of the chair makes it look like a part of a butterfly.
ReplyDeleteI just stumbled across your blog for the first time and thought I would say hello! I looked through a few of your posts and love your style. I also can't get over the print you used for your blog background. I hate most of them and find them to be distracting, but really enjoy yours.
I'm a blogger as well, about the world of art, but my history is in interior design. I love to hear what people are saying! Hope we get to see more of each other in the future.

I can't believe I didn't recognize it as Marimekko- should have know:) I actually just ordered some of their Joonas fabric on Friday- might have to call back:) Thanks Julia and Kyla. PS Kyla, your whole studio is totally gorgeous - I've saved all the pictures for different posts:) The floor tile, stairs, fabric and lighting are all amazing!
ReplyDeleteBethany, thanks so much for the compliments and for stopping by and I will definitely be heading over to see your blog:)
