Chairs!!!!

I couldn't wait to show you my chairs.
I just picked them up and am utterly and completely smitten.
A definite lesson in perseverance and patience...the end result was most certainly worth the trials and tribulations.

PS-please ignore lamp cords- not sure how to get around that but I'm noticing after looking at these pictures that they look rather yucky.

 Anyhow...chairs.

I'm pretty gaga over them and I'm thinking the leopard pillows to come will add just that little bit of extra fabulous.

I plan on drinking at least two glasses of very syrupy Shiraz tonight while sitting and admiring my new beauties.

Hope you're having a very gorgeous Friday evening!!

OMG! DY-ING!!!! WHERE did you find that fabric (no I really must know!)

christine {bijouandboheme} said...

Ah thanks ladies (and gentleman;)- I'm pretty excited about them too so thank you for leaving such swell comments:) A couple of questions to answer:
Gina- I bought the chairs on Craiglist- I refinised the wood (long story which I've documented here) and then picked out the fabrics and had them reupholstered.
Cara- the front is Marimekko Joonas and the back is Hazelton House Dorothea and I bought it through Jamie at Furbish Studios.
